Bailey's Cheesecake
Decrease the amount of sour cream to 3/4
cup and add 1/4 cup of Baileys Irish Cream;
prepare as directed. You can also substitute
a shot of Creme De Menthe for a minty-green
cheesecake or add a dash of green food coloring
for color without the liquor.
